MADE-TO-ORDER · INDIVIDUAL & CLUB

Custom-Cut To You. Not To A Chart.

Most riders live with gear that almost fits. Made-to-order means the armor pocket sits exactly on the joint, the back length covers the riding position, and the jacket fits across the shoulders without bunching.

Why Custom Matters In Protective Gear

Misaligned armor doesn't protect.

Off-the-shelf riding gear is built around an average body. If you're taller, shorter, broader at the shoulders, smaller at the waist, or simply non-standard in any meaningful dimension, you get armor pockets that don't align with your joints.

Made-to-order solves that. We take your measurements and cut every piece around them — same fabric, same Kevlar lining, same hardware, just built around you.

Questions

Before you submit a quote.

How accurate do my measurements need to be?

Close, not perfect. Use the measurement guide we send after your quote request — a soft tape and 10 minutes is usually enough. We review every submission before cutting and will flag anything that looks inconsistent or physically implausible before it goes to the workshop.

Can I return or exchange a custom piece if it doesn't fit?

Custom pieces are cut specifically to the measurements you provide, so they're generally final sale rather than a standard 30-day return. If the finished piece doesn't match the measurements you submitted — a mis-cut on our end — we re-cut it free, as stated in the shipping step. See our refund policy for the full terms.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

Individual payment terms are confirmed with your quote, since they can vary by piece and order size. Motorcycle clubs ordering 10+ pieces can request Net 30 terms — mention this when you submit your quote request.

Can I combine the club discount with custom sizing per member?

Yes — that's the standard club order. Each member submits their own measurements, the whole order ships together, and the 10–25% group discount applies based on total piece count, not on everyone sharing one size.

What if I'm not sure whether I need custom or off-the-shelf?

Check your measurements against the size chart on any product page first. If you fall cleanly inside a size, off-the-shelf will fit fine and ships in days. Custom is worth it when you’re between sizes, notably tall or short for your build, or need armor pockets that land precisely on a specific joint.

Real Talk On Lead Times
Straight Answer

Custom takes 4–5 weeks because we actually cut and sew each piece individually. If you need gear faster, our off-the-shelf line ships in days. If you're planning a season ahead, custom is worth the wait.
